Headquartered at Princes Street 40, Level 4, right in the heart of the capital, Capital City Stays was created as an antidote to impersonal, volume-driven letting agencies.

We operate differently. We deliberately cap our management portfolio per property manager. That allows us to inspect every home in person, know every owner by name, and tailor our hospitality to the distinct nuances of Edinburgh's Georgian New Town, Old Town tenements, and modern waterfront apartments.
